Grendel Leviathan 1995

This was the final piece for Forge magazine, and finally I felt I had got to grips with the W&N Griffin Alkyd paints, this piece being the best of the three to date. Unfortunately Grendel went under at about this time and the piece never appeared in the magazine, I am not even sure if issue 4 materialised in which this piece was due. Hey Ho it was time to take a break from smelly polyester resin anyway I think!

    Thanks for your efforts in giving an overview of your work. I drooled over your Golden Demon entries untold times and it´s great to see them again from different angles.

    Really cool to see the rock formations gradually take shape! Love to see the pictures of your old GD entries - only ever saw what was printed in the Citadel Miniatures books! All round smashing stuff!

    WOW -it's you!

    I didn't realise that you were the sculptor/modeller who did these. I will search for the magazine articles later this evening and see what I can do.
